• Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is from 15:00 onwards via self check-in (KeyNest). Check-out is strictly by 11:00 AM to allow time for professional cleaning.
• Occupancy Limit: Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Unregistered visitors or party guests are strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events: Parties, quiet-hour violations, or disruptive events are strictly forbidden. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. Pets: Pets are welcome with prior host approval. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them.
• Property Care: Please treat the home with care. Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked when leaving the property.
